We are expanding our team and seeking a hands-on Integration Specialist. In this role, the Integrations Specialist will support the Integrations team as they collaborate with the selling Owner, Hospital Manager, and all cross-functional teams to execute integration plans for new partner hospitals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help manage the integration plan and timeline with a focus on maintaining a highly efficient process
• Assist in collecting and processing initial data on each partner hospital to help aid other internal work streams / parties
• Support the lead up to closing of a new partnership to ensure the location is ready to integrate from an accounts payable, payroll, and human resource perspective
• Help prepare and complete meeting notes from calls with potential partners during the due diligence process
• Schedule time and prepare information for internal support teams and third-party vendors to prepare integrations elements for closing.
• Prepare for staff meetings and support electronic onboarding of all new employees
• Help to manage merchant services plan for each location moving forward
• Support the Execution and Integrations teams with various projects as needed

Required Experience:

• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities
• Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with team members at various levels in the organization
• Experience communicating with clients, coordinating schedules, preparing for events, and managing internal processes
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
• Effective and clear oral and written communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Willingness to travel significantly

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The compensation range for this role is $55,000 annually plus bonus potential . The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
