We are currently seeking a Director of Learning and Development to lead and oversee Western Veterinary Partners’ company-wide learning strategy and programs. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within the organization to analyze, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning and development offerings for the business. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and data-driven candidate to build and implement training and tools, measure their impact, and make adjustments as needed in a fast-paced environment with continuously evolving training needs.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Learning and Development will have responsibility for corporate learning technology, including the selection and implementation of the company learning management system (LMS) as part of an overall human capital management (HCM) review. We are seeking candidates located in the Denver Metro market open to a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days/week in our corporate office) with travel as needed.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The salary for this opportunity is $150,000 - $160,000 annually. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. For positions based in Colorado, WVP provides eligible employees with paid sick and safe leave and public health emergency leave in accordance with the requirements of Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
