Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, we are currently seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead and evolve the core FP&A processes for the organization. This includes annual planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and management and Board reporting. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within the organization to build critical cross-functional relationships and provide decision support, strategic financial analysis and guidance as needed in a fast-paced environment with continuously evolving needs. We are seeking candidates located in the Denver Metro market open to a hybrid work schedule with travel as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve the core FP&A processes: the annual planning process, monthly and quarterly forecasting, management, and Board reporting, and supporting other key related company processes
  • Build critical cross-functional relationships and provide decision support, strategic financial analysis, and guidance
  • Develop internal financial reporting and commentary that provides senior leaders with timely insights into trends, operational results, and business drivers
  • Build infrastructure to support information needs of the business
  • Interpret financial and operational data to identify trends and offer guidance
  • Identify ways to improve business processes and information flow to improve performance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of FP&A, corporate/strategic finance, or investment banking, with a minimum of 5 years in a financial leadership position
  • A deep devotion to detail & accuracy - must ensure the integrity of analysis, reporting, metrics, and systems are of the highest quality
  • Proven ability to create and analyze models to analyze company performance and identify trends
  • Deep knowledge of the three financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows) and key financial statement and operational metrics
  • The ability to communicate business strategies and complex financial information clearly and accurately to a variety of audiences
  • Experience interacting with and presenting to executive teams

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The salary for this opportunity is $175,000 - $225,000 annually, plus bonus and LTI. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
